About the U11-U14 Competitive Program

The continuation of the foundations built in the Development Academy Program, our U11-U14 Competitive Program year-round program offers the serious soccer player the opportunity to continue to advance their skills and understanding of the game. Our primary goal in working with players in these age groups is continuing to develop and build upon the individual player's technical development and proficiency in a number of skills, and bringing in additional tactical understanding in team play, and crucially, continuing to build the player's love and enjoyment of the game as a player and spectator.

At these specific ages, we aim to minimize focus on team outcomes, choosing to prepare our players for future success by focusing on the individual outcomes within their control contributing to team success.
