Home work out for Keepers

15 minutes of Handling

*Hand drills
-figure 8's
-bouncing and catching
-volleys off a wall (parentally approved)
-high tosses and catches
-volleys if you have a partner

10-15 minutes of Footwork

-Rythmic side to side w/ partner
use cones if on own
-W pattern with cones
- Star drill series
